All advances count toward settlement in their received currency. Receipt method is retained for the audit trail.
Cash expenses reduce the selected currency's cash-method balance and the net settlement.
Business-trip card expenses and bank fees reduce the net settlement in the card account currency. The original purchase amount is retained for supporting documentation.
An exchange reduces the source currency and increases the destination currency. It is not counted as travel spending.

Create custom travel categories and choose an icon from the expanded library. Categories and icons are included in your local backup.

Your records and receipt files stay in this browser on this device. No login or cloud storage is required. Export backups regularly, especially before switching devices or clearing browser data.

Backup safety: Store an exported JSON backup outside this device (for example in your company files). It includes receipt attachments and can be restored on another device. Browser data can be erased by system cleanup or deleting website data.
